2.2 Account Security – You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activities under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
2.3 Subscriptions – Paid services are subject to fees and subscription terms shown at purchase.

3. Content & Intellectual Property

3.1 All content on the Website (text, images, logos, video, software, etc.) is owned by or licensed to KLM Institute.
3.2 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit Website content without written consent.
3.3 User submissions grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display them in connection with our services.

4. Payments & Installments

4.1 Pricing & Payment Methods – All applicable fees and taxes will be displayed before purchase. Payments can be made securely via multiple methods, including:

Net Banking
UPI & QR Code Scanners
Authorized Payment Gateways

4.2 Payment Security – All transactions are processed through trusted, encrypted third-party gateways. We do not store your card, UPI, or banking details.

4.3 Installments – If installment plans are offered, you must complete all payments on schedule. Missed or failed payments may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.

4.4 No Cash Policy – Unless explicitly agreed, we do not accept cash or cheque payments for online services.

5. Acceptable Use

You must not:

Use bots, scrapers, or automated systems to access the Website.
Disrupt, overload, or hack the Website.
Post unlawful, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or offensive content.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

6.1 General – Fees are generally non-refundable, except as provided below or required by law.

6.2 Refund Eligibility

Cancellation before course start: 100% refund (less admin/transaction fees).
Cancellation within first 7 days of start: Up to 50% refund (pro rata, less admin/transaction fees).
Cancellation after 7 days: No refund (except in exceptional/compassionate cases).
If the course is canceled by us: Full refund.

6.3 Refund Process

Requests must be sent in writing to support@klminstitute.com with subscription/order ID.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 business days to the original payment method.

6.4 Non-Refundable Items

Administrative and transaction charges.
Services already rendered.
Digital materials (eBooks, downloads, recorded classes) once accessed.

6.5 Special Circumstances
We may consider refunds in cases such as serious illness, family emergency, or natural disaster, subject to proof and our discretion.

7. Disclaimers & Liability

7.1 The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
7.2 We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
7.3 Our maximum liability will not exceed the fees paid by you in the last 12 months.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KLM Institute and its affiliates from claims or damages arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or engage in unlawful activities.
